Hey, does anybody know is there any company or independent luthier who does relic finishes on vintage instruments? I have a stripped off 63 Precision waiting for refinishing.

This company at least does relicing. Propably also milder than in the pictures.

Yeah, the original color of the bass was sunburst, so it stays sunburst.
PS! I have also 69 Jazz. Someone has stripped the finish off and refinished it quite badly in black. I could let someone to refinish also this bass, for example in Shell Pink? ;)

Man, don't. The sonic blue / 60's blue alright, but shell pink? That goes too far :)

Good choice and same time the most difficult color to make it look like original.
Shell pink...? how about Olympic white relic, auts ! ; )

Well, I just have a nice pink hat for the stage image. So they would look great together on the stage. Should I buy the shell pink car as well? :)

The shell pink and surf green are the best colors ever. I had a Japanese surf green Jazz and a Strat, but foolishly sold them both. The sound was average but the looks... man.
