Ei mulla mitään kauhean tarkkaa/luotettavaa tietoa ole, mutta siis itse olen ainakin siinä käsityksessä elänyt, että levy-yhtiö olisi Holtonia ehdottanut (kuten he monia muitakin kavereita olivat). Ymmärtääkseni kuitenkaan AC/DC:n pojat eivät kauhean monia näistä vaihtoehdoista koskaan tsekanneet. Ehtisin jo hieman sitä lukaista ja näyttää kyllä perkeleen hyvältä jutulta. En ollut ennen edes tajunnutkaan kuinka isosta bändistä loppujen lopuksi olikaan kyse.

Odotukset Holtonin ja Kidsien suhteen senkun kasvavat...
En usko että tulet pettymään. Jo ekan levyn ekassa biisissä tehdään selväksi mistä on kysymys.
mutta "Murua" tuli toki seurattua toisella silmällä.
Sitä pitää seurata molemmilla ja korvilla myös. Ja katsoa niitä samoja jaksoja aina uudelleen. Hello!

Perkele kyllä kiinnostaisi niin paljon kuulla, mutta tekisi mieli aloittaa ekasta levystä.
Sitä pitää seurata molemmilla ja korvilla myös. Ja katsoa niitä samoja jaksoja aina uudelleen.

Vaimoni sai Englannista Näkemiin vaan muru-jouluspeciaalin. Laittakaa painostusta YLE:lle, jotta ohjelma saadaan tännekin. On viimeinen miesten ohjelma, enää ei tule, näin ovat näyttelijät päättäneet. En ole kyllä itse katsonut, kun tahtoo englanninkielen vivahteet kuunneltuna varsinkin mennä ohi. Kyllä kai sen voi kesälläkin katsoa. |

Heavy Metal Kids 1 ja Anvil Chorus tulivat Ranskasta alle viikossa. Lähettäjänä näkyy olevan H.M.K:n rumpali Keith Boyce. Tajusin sen vasta, kun ihmettelin kuka hemmetti tohon levyn kanteen on vetäny nimmarin...

Starting with Hangin' On and It's the Same from The Old Grey Whistle Test from 74 and on to the infamous the Cops are Coming appearance on Panorama of the same year that resulted in the group being banned from half the venues in the UK and being pursued around the country by those nice young men in blue. This was a good 2 years before anyone had heard of the Sex Pistols! Next up a live version of She's no Angel from a 76 edition of Top of the Pops that leads into clips from German TV from 77/78 of Jackie the Lad and Delirious and another version of Angel. Other clips include Crisis, Blue Eyed Boy, We gotta Go, Houseparty and Cry for me. These are a mixture of Super 8 footage and many rare and unseen photos. There is also 2 songs, Message and Girl of my Dreams, from the newly reformed band from London and Italy. Extras include: Gary Holton on the Tube being interviewed and then playing a song with his short lived band the Actors. Danny Peyronel playing with UFO when he was their keyboard player. Ronnie Thomas playing Friday on My Mind down under in Australia with the Easybeats singer Stevie Wright. Keith Boyce playing with cult Israeli band Siam in Tel Aviv. Surprise bonus material includes a Rat with a Pistol, and Metal Scraps. (Work that out!)
