| Reon Driftbox is a range of mad little analogue synths, hand-made in Osaka. This is the top model, the Driftbox SE. - Two DCOs with seven waveforms which can each modulate the other (!) or the filter etc. - A lovely 12dB/oct analogue Steiner-Parker filter - AD/ASR envelope - A nicely engineered joystick that can control filter cutoff, oscillator pitch or both at once - Can be played via MIDI or CV/gate, or using the built-in trigger button - All the analogue connections are on minijacks so it plays nicely with Eurorack - The two oscillators can play in unison or four-voice paraphonic - Great for beautiful, haunting, pure synth tones, absolute screaming cross-modulated mayhem, or anything in between. :) The SE has a much higher spec than for example a Driftbox R, Driftbox S, Driftbox C or Roland Driftbox. Its RRP was much higher, and it's much more rare. It's six years old but it's in perfect condition. I bought two, used them on a few projects, sold one a year ago, kept this one. But recently I got an Erica Syntrx and really I only need one crazy radiophonic box of madness, so it's time for the Driftbox to go. It has never been outside my non-smoking studio and it's in absolutely mint condition. I stuck the little rubber feet on the bottom, otherwise it's pretty much brand new. It comes with the original box, instructions and EU power supply. It's a rare, interesting and fun synth, very hard to find in Europe, and if you want to import one from Japan it will cost you a LOT more than my asking price.
