Kelpo DM-kurnuutusta tarjoava amerikkalainen Oceano julkaisee Depths-debyyttinsä Earachen kautta huhtikuun loppupuolella. Tarjolla myös bonus-herkuin varusteltu versio.

"Ever dreamed of just relaxing out on the ocean front the sun shining down upon you keeping your body warm until you have that perfect tan you've always dreamed of? But later find out you've just been sun burned and can barely move an inch? That's exactly how you'll feel after listening in to Chicago's own act Oceano with their debut "Depths." This 13-track sun beater burns and makes you sweat blood as the opener "Descent," sets right in, the ease of the drums drumming right on through going directly into "Inhuman Affliction," with screams and echoes right in your face having the guitars blasting right behind the drums as they beat themselves to death letting the music build upon itself as the song is played through.
 
Oceano have combined together grindcore along with death metal to mix together a style known as deathcore. Another interesting tune is Samael the Destroyer, which mellow beating drums slithers their way in as the guitar thunderous riffs comes rolling right on through vocals taking center stage growling until their throat is scratched and bleeding from the inside out. Slaughtered like Swine, opens up a more differently having the vocals being much heavier and more intense than the previous tracks mentioned and the instruments being more aggressive showing the bands adrenaline energy and appeal towards the sound of the music.
 
Depths, brings out a sound unlike any other deathcore metal band can present having that sound and style to call their own and not let anyone claim such an aggressive sound. Fans of Misery Index and Order of Enneads will absolutely fall head over heels for Oceanos Depths. It is a debut sensation and having worked with Joey Sturgis whos worked with other artists as The Devil Wears Prada and My Children My Bride this newest creation shall not be a disappointment in any ways possible but possibly destroying your speaker system so listen wisely."
