Kitarat: kitarakamat ›

Vintiltä löytyi n. 30 v vanha Hagstrom III!
Ongelmana vain on, että siinä on nappuloita ja nippeleitä vaikka muille jakaa. Olisiko jollakin tietoa tälläisen kitaran toiminnoista. Kitarassa on ainakin kuusi 2- asentoista mikki valitsinta ja kolme mikkiä.
Toivottavasti joku osaa selvitää..

Lahden Keskusmusiikissa oli yks tommonen kun viimeks kävin siel. Aika kulunut yksilö oli, lakkausta lähtenyt. Aika erikoinen vehje, mitähän noi kaikki mikkikytkimet tekee...

1965 - 1969
 
Also called F-300 in the catalog. This guitar is the same as the Hagström II but with three pickups. Some old Hagström II have chrome pickguard to put the switches. Some have the switches on the plastic pickguard.
 
The switches are :
 
general ON / OFF
 
each pickup ON / OFF switch so you can have every pick up configuration
 
"tone" which changes the tone of the instrument, with a little less treble
 
another tone switch which turns the guitar into a gibson ES-175 sound (believe me !!)
 
"mute" which decreases the level of the guitar's output. Could be used as a rhythm / lead switch...

So you can notice it's difficult to switch from one pickup configuration to another one. But this device offers you the choice to have all the pickups at the same time. Or the neck pickup plus the bridge pickup, which you can't do with a blade selector like on the Fender Stratocaster. The tone selectors can be used simultaneously, so, you have almost a bass guitar sound. Its sixties sound is really close to the Fender Telecaster. That's why they added that "tone" switches. The amount of "treble" is so high that you have to reduce it sometimes.
