49. Melvins: Bullhead (Boner Records, uusi 16.90) - Vihdoinkin sain hankittua tämän. Bullhead on kuulkaas aivan vitun kova levy. Raskasta, hitaasti valuvaa liejua, jossa lilluvat metallijätteet raapivat asfalttia ja kolisevat toisiaan vasten.
50. Sonic Youth: NYC Ghosts & Flowers (Geffen, uusi 11.90) - Mainio vaikka vähän epätasainen levy. Free City Rhymes ja Nevermind (What Was It Anyway) rokkaavat.
 
51. Shellac: At Action Park (digipak)(Southern Records, uusi 16.90) - Kirskuvaa ja epämiellyttävän kuuloista kauneutta.
52. Slint: Spiderland (Touch & Go, uusi 19.90) - En yhtään ihmettele, miksi jotkut pitävät tätä universumin parhaana levynä.
53. Captain Beefheart and The Magic Band: Shiny Beast (Bat Chain Puller) (Virgin Records, uusi 10.00) - Jatsibluussiprogelyriikkamusiikkia (tai sitten jotain muuta). Ei nyt oikein toimi.
 
54. Talking Heads: Little Creatures (EMI records, käytetty 6.50) - Post-punkia/new wavea. And She Was on täydellinen (ja hyvä) radiosoittobiisi, johon varmasti kyllästyy nopeasti. Give Me Back My Name on levyn paras, loppu onkin sitten tylsää kamaa. Lisää punkkia, vähemmän discoa, toivon ma.
55. Hammerhead: Evil Twin (7" EP) (Amphetamine Reptile, käytetty 3.50) - Noise-corea AmRepiltä jälleen. Hyvä.
56. Melt-Banana: Charlie (A-Zap, uusi 15.20) - !!??!??!?. Skitsoa meininkiä. Vuoden parhaimmistoa.

3 -procol harum - the wells on fire. Oikein mukavaa retrohenkistä rokkia.
4 -The golden age of Swing- 5 CD paketti swengaavaa jatsia, halpiskokoelma, mutta ihan kivat soundit. Paljon Goodmania ja Ellingtonia. Yhteensä noin 110 biisiä. Hyvä pläjäys vitosella (kirpputorilöytö).

5 -Sameli Rajala & The Backstrokes - Hotter Than Your Sauna. Tämä todella on "Hotter than my sauna". Bluesin ystäville pakkohankinta.
6 -Gentle Giant - Civilian. Ostin kun on muutkin, ristiriitaisimman vastaanoton saanut GG levy. Perus pop bändille tämä voisi olla uran ehdoton huippu. GG:n minusta huonoin levy. Ajan hammas näkyy tässä selvimmin, kun kaikki muut levyt on ajattomia mestariteoksia.
 
Maaliskuu-
7 -Bluelight - Demo too. Tiukkaa soittoa ja groovy meno. Erityisbonuksena kappaleiden hauskat nimet. Varsiselleri ja Hassu Funk. Toimii.
 
Toukokuu-
8 -Pugh Rogefeldt - Face. Rogefeldtin ilmeisesti yritys kansainväliseen läpimurtoon. Laulukielenä englanti ruotsin tilalla, ja musiikin kivuuslukema pudonnut selkeästi. -80 luvun alkupuolen julkaisu, ja ikävä kyllä kuuluu soundeissa. Ihan kiva silti eurolla divarista... Vinyyli.
 
Heinäkuu-
9 -ELP - Tarkus. Vinyyli ja loistavassa kunnossa. Ei kaivanne esittelyä
10 -Yes - Close to the edge. Vinyyli, myös loistokuntoinen. Tämä oli ns. onnistunut kirpputorikierros

11 -Yes- Relayer. Vinyyli, sain lahjaksi. Ei ehkä Yesin paras levy, mutta kyllä tätä kuuntelee.
 
Joulukuu-
12 -Gentle Giant- Giant on the Box DVD. Ja ennen kuin ehditte, niin dvd mukana tuli cd-levy, jolla on samat biisit. Tämähän on aivan paras, ei tämä on vielä parempi. Todistaa että oli musiikki miten monimutkaista ja vaikeaa tahansa, se fiilis on kuitenkin tärkein juttu musiikissa.
