PT are confirmed to appear at the Losaarirock Festival in Finland on the 14th July. HIM are headlining the festival. This will be the band's first ever appearance in Finland.
Mutta todella mahtavaa !!!! Provinssi olis ollu vielä parempi ... ( lähempänä ja ajankohta olis sopinut paremmin ... ) mutta silti , jeeeee |

Tätä ei saa kyllä missään tapauksessa missata.
Ompas muuten Ilosaareen saatu uskomattoman paljon muitakin hyviä bändejä. Ja muistutettakoon festaria tuntemattomille, että kannattaa varata liput hyvissä ajoin. Ennen juhannusta ne on yleensä jo myyty kaikki. |

No niin, nyt on tullut tätä uutta BF:iä luukutettua ja on tämä kyllä hieno levy jälleen kerran! Copy-pasten itseäni PT-foorumilta, kun ei jaksa samoja juttuja kahteen kertaan kirjoittaa :)
Ok, here's my short track-by-track analysis of the album.
Once: Amazing track. I fell in love with this one immediately when I heard it for the very first time in MySpace. Blackfield at their best! 10/10
1,000 People: Really cool and beautiful track. Can't rate this one yet, needs couple more spins.
Miss U: Another fantastic track. Very Blackfieldish. 9/10
Christenings: Ok, this is the only track I don't really like. I have just a constant feeling that it doens't quite fit that well on the album. Has a cool Brittish vibe though. 6/10
This Killer: A nice laid back song. Great little guitar solo at the end. 8/10
Epidemic: Another favorite of the album. When I heard this for the first time a year ago or something, I thought it was maybe a bit too "dark" song for Blackfield. But now when I heard it again, I must eat my words: totally a killer track! The screaming part is cool. 10/10
My Gift of Silence: Nice track. 6/8 time signature gives a cool swing to this song. Beautiful string arragements. 8/10
Someday: Beautiful track. I really love how the song builds up towards the ending. And that violin melody at the end is sooooo beautiful. 9/10
Where Is My Love?: This has been one of my favorite BF track since the first BF release. Simple and beutiful song and the melodies are just perfect! This newer version sounds much more fuller and bigger than the demo version. 10/10
End of the World: Great track, but I don't like the main piano part that much. Great chorus and the part where Aviv sings is really, really emotional! 8/10
So there's my initial thoughts. I have listened this album for maybe 6 times, and like it more and more after each listening. I can't really compare this to the first album, but time will tell. "Jesus was crucified for doing nothing, but God is worshipped for even less"
