GUNS N' ROSES manager Merck Mercuriadis has dismissed as fake a newly circulated MP3 file which was previously rumored to be the new GN'R song "Twat". Sp1at spoke with Mercuriadis regarding the "leaked" recording and were assured that the song was "not GN'R." Merck also told Sp1at that if they were to host the track, he would not ask them to take it down. GN'R drummer Bryan "Brain" Mantia also told Sp1at that the track was fake, going as far as to say that it was "not even close" to the real version of "Twat".

Aika estranged-tyyppinen ratkaisu tää TWAT. Ekan kuuntelukerran jälkeen kuulostaa kyllä hyvältä.
Saundeista en oikeen ole vakuuttunut, mutta tämä ei kait lopullinen versio olekaan. Jos sellaista edes tulee :)

Kyllä mulla toimi. Oliskohan tossa yks tai kaks "X" liikaa tai liian vähän? Koittamalla se selviää.

Better kuulostaa kyllä upealta, TWAT pitäisi vielä kaivaa jostakin. Olen onnellisempi kuin aikoihin.

Itse sain kuunneltua nuo kolme kipaletta jotka nettiin on vuotanut. Täytyy sanoa että olen suuresti pettynyt. En siksi että musiikki on täysin erilaista mutta eipä tuossa musiikillisesti ole mielestäni paljon mielikuvitusta käytetty. Perus junttaamista. Axl laulaa yllättävän hyvin odotuksiin nähden mutta ämpäripään vois heivata hiuksista vittuun!

Ämpäripäähän potkittiin vittuun jo keväällä 2004

Ai anteeksi, empä ole todellakaan seurannut bändin tapahtumia ollenkaan. Mutta semmoselta tuo kuulostaa että biisit on soitettu ämpäri, ellei jopa pussi päässä. Täýtyypä ottaa asioista selvää ennenku avautuu.

GNR on kuulemma buukattu itävaltalaiseen Novarockiin (http://www.novarock.at/) ja italialaiseen Gods Of Metaliin.
 
Tuo italianofestari tuli uutena. Näinköhän olisi että sedät heittävät keikkaa ensi kesän? Koska tekemistä ei ole (tarkoittaisi että levy olisi valmis) ja siitä seuraisi että tämän vuoden lopussa tai ensi vuoden puolella lähtis kiertuetta käyntiin.
 
Tuntuu että 2 viikossa olisi tapahtunut enemmän mitä 7 vuodessa Rosesin suhteen. Kohta alkaa tapahtumaan.

Guns n’ Roses are coming to Rock in Rio-Lisboa!
 
Axl Roses’ band will headline the 2nd day of the world’s biggest music event.
 
It’s confirmed: Guns n’ Roses are coming to Rock in Rio-Lisboa to headline the 2nd day, May 27th. And with this confirmation, all World Stage headliners are now known.
 
The Axl Rose led band is responding to the thousands of fans who asked the band to come through the official site of the event.
 
This promises to be another memorable day for all who will come to the Bela Vista Park and more in specific for all those who have been waiting for the day that Guns would come.
 
Guns n’ Roses was the most requested band by the official site users, amongst all bands, by all fans, whether Portuguese or international. It is expected that many international fans will travel to Lisbon to be there to hear the material on the new album ‘Chinese Democracy’ for the first time live.
 
In an interview with the American magazine Rolling Stone in January of this year, Axl Rose confirmed that this long awaited Guns n’ Roses album was ‘very complex’ and that it would be a surprise for all the fans.
 
Axl followed that by saying that he was ‘trying something different’ and that certain arrangements would be very different from what the fans were expecting and probably closer to the sound of Queen. ‘Better’, ‘There Was A Time’ and ‘The Blues’ are some of the titles of in total 26 new songs.
 
In 2001, the new version of Guns n’ Roses performed at the third edition of Rock in Rio. More than 200.000 fans witnessed the return of Guns n’ Roses, after 7 years away from the stage.
 
Axl Rose introduced the new band during a show of more than two hours, which was considered to be the best of the entire event. Today, 5 years later, the show of Guns n’ Roses at the City of Rock promises to be a historic one, both for Rock in Rio and for Portugal.

Ohhoh, nythän tuntuu alkavan tapahtuvan. Mitä nyt selailin vähän tuota heretodaygonetohell foorumia, niin vissiin myös rock am ring festivaalille olisivat myös tulossa, kai. Sikäli mikäli noi nyt pitää paikkansa, niin toivottavasti myös soittavat keikat.

Olisikohan ihan kesäkiertua tähtäimessä? Hulluimmat voivat toivoa jopa festarikeikkaa Suomeen...
