Elikkä perustetaas tämmönen ketju johon voi ihmetellä tekstien sanomaa tai jotain lauseita tai sanontoja (ulkomaankieliset varmaan lähinnä) jos ei ymmärrä mitä sillä tarkoitetaan tai haetaan.
 
Minäpä aloitan kahdella pähkinällä:
 
1) Mistä ihmeestä crash test dummiesin mmm mmm mm biisissä oikein lauletaan? Mikä se idea on? Myös kattava suomennos viimeisestä säkeistöstä kelpaisi..

Ymmärtääkseni siinä vain kolme lasta kohtaa outoja kokemuksia, joita he lasten tavoin kuitenkin pitävät itse ihan tavanomaisina.

Olen sillä kannalla, että kyseessä on hammassäryn itsehoito talonpoikaistyyliin. Lääkärille ei oman elämänsä herra alistu menemään -- ties vaikka vähän pelkäisikin -- vaan tekee asiat omin päin, sattui eli ei.

Tää Procol Harumin piisi on varmaan niin hieno, etten siksi ymmärrä mistä tässä loppujen lopuksi on kyse. Tätä on niin moni ihmetellyt, että tähän on varmaan jokin virallinenkin tulkinta? Mistä tässä teidän mielestänne höpistään?

REMin alkupään levyiltä voisi napata melkein minkä tahansa sanoituksen, eikä niiden todellinen "merkitys" kovin helpolla aukea. Tajunnanvirtaisilla sanoilla on lähinnä foneettinen funktio, joten sikäli syvempien merkitysten etsiminen voi olla melkoista ajanhukkaa.

Ne tanssivat ja miehelle tulee viunasta paha olo ja vähän hallua.
 
Tai siis ovat tanssimassa tyttönsä kanssa - iltaa viettämässä.. Jättävät Fandangon väliin koska alkavat olla jo sievoisessa. Biisi kertoo ehdasta humalasta - rivi riviltä. Tää on ihan selkeä juttu. Viimeisen säkeistön kohdalla ollaan niin hyvässä että menee varsin filosofiseksi toi homma. Nää sanat ovat ihan nerokasta työtä. Mies sattuu olemaan vanha merikarhu, ja tuntee humalassa olevansa edelleen ehkä merellä (päätellen kolmannesta säkeistöstä), mutta joka oikeasti on jossain kauniissa rantakuppilassa tanssimassa tyttönsä kanssa.
