Tänään tuonne menevät kertokaas sitten hieman tunnelmia ja muuta oleellista. Sama setti luvassa huomenna Tampereella.

Perkule ku oli eilen kova keikka klubilla.COL osaa metallisen fiilistelyn kyl helkkarin hyvin.Tää bändi toimii lavalla ja levyllä.
 
niin tosta uudesta albumista.Eilen ostin sen ja pari kertaa oon kerenny kuunnella sen läpi.Onneks on erilainen ku edellinen (The Beyond), joka on myös todella loistava levy.COL on ottanu selkeesti vaikutteita tähän uuteen Mogwailta, Sigur Rosilta ja hengenheimolainen Isis on myös kuunneltu tarkoin läpi.Mut mitään rip-offia ei onneks oo. Vaikea lähteä vertaamaan tätä muun COL:n tuotannon kans.sen verta erilaista tämä on s/t:n ja The Beyondiin verrattuna. tyydyn sanomaan: yksi vuoden 2004 albumeista =)

Tänään lutakkoon katsomaan. Soittivatko Salvationin kokonaan?

Tänään lutakkoon,mutta lähinnä kiinnostaa vain Deathbound. Muut saavat mennä ohi baarin puolella istuskellessani.

Itseltä ja Deathpound ja Scorngrain kokonaan katsomatta, kun en tykkää yhtään. Kerran nähty molemmat livenä ja ei vakuuttanut. Swallowia ja lunaa sitten katsastamaan.

Ajattelin myös raahautua tuonne lutakkoon katsastamaan bändit. Näitä kahta ensimmäistä en ole kuullutkaan. Ihan mielenkiintoista nähdä josko swallow olisi saanut uutta materiaalia esityskuntoon.

Kovasti tekis mieli lähteä tonne Vaasaa miehiä katsomaan. Tutustuin vasta tämän Salvation levyn kautta.. ja oikeastaan Cult of Luna tuli tutuksi Calliston "löytämisen" myötä...

Ainakin tossa aikaisemmin linkitetyssä haastattelussa haastateltava sanoi, että Salvation kiertueella soitetaan Salvation kokonaisuudessaan.
 
Juu näinhän lupasivat mutta aika taisi tulla vastaan. Olin itse hieman väsynyt ja en pysynyt 100% kelkassa koko ajan, mutta sanoisin että Salvation tuli lähes kokonaan. Yksi biisi saattoi jäädä pois, mutta muuten koko homma kulki tunnissa.
 
Oli kyllä sen verran intensiivinen ja bändille sopiva keikka, ettei tuota ole ehtinyt edes sulattelemaan kunnolla. Laimea yleisö oli kyllä ja tuohon tilanteeseen olisi toivonut, että paikka olisi ollut pullollaan yleisöä huutamassa keuhkot pihalle mättöosioissa.

Lutakon keikka oli ainakin loistava. Tykkäsin.

Tuon pelossa minäkin päätin lähteä Tampereen sijasta Helsinkiin asti Cult Of Lunaa katsomaan. Vielä, kun löytäisin jostain Salvationin lyriikat.

Nosturin keikka oli pettymys. Plaaplaa. En olisi jaksanut koko saakelin Salvationia kuulla. Ja Beyondin kipaleet vetäistiin niin löysällä kädellä, että ärgh. Edellinen vetäisy Nosturissa oli kuulemma aika toista maata. Nyt en vakuuttunut laisinkaan.

Nosturin keikka oli pettymys. Plaaplaa.
 
Äh. Tuohan oli tän vuoden parhaita keikkoja. Minä ainakin tykkäsin. Ei tainnut koko Salvation silti soida.
