WARNER BROS are to release a DOGS D'AMOUR Best of CD/DVD, 'Heart Shaped Skulls'.
No exact date has been scheduled for release but should be round start of October if all goes to plan.
Although no paypal facility has been set up as yet, you can still pre order now by emailing either Tyla or myself direct.
 
As soon as a few minor details are sorted you will be able to order direct from this site and Tylaonline using the normal paypal secure facility.
 
Some will moan not another Best Of.. but remember this is also aimed at people who do not possess a Dogs D'amour record.
Tyla has been working close with Warner Bros on this for over a year. It's an all new artwork cover done by Tyla himself and story booklet with some cool never seen before shots n things. If all goes well the back catalogue could well be on the cards.
 
I'm very happy about this and I hope you will be too.

It has worldwide release on Warner Bros. If all works out well the Dogs will tour on this release, plus a brand new line up, release and yes there is a new line up of well known faces, (not Bam, Jo, Steve or Share)
Tyla will announce the new line up and gigs at the end of the summer.

Jep, tämä ryhmä ja Hra Taylor on ollut meikäläiselle se universumin kovin juttu jo iät ja ajat. Aikalailla kaikki löytyy mitä ovat ikinä tehneet (jopa Tylan (kehnot) viimeisimmät soololevyt on pitänyt ostaa hammasta purren - ihan kannatuksen vuoksi) mutta pitäähän tämäkin hankkia :) Videot DVD:llä ovat kyllä upea juttu !

Juu, ihan hienoa kyllä että dvd-muodossa videotkin julkaistaan. Olisi ollut kyllä mukavaa jos mukaan olisi ympätty vielä muutama live-pätkä..

Kuulostaa kiinnostavalta, ainahan noilta kokoelmilta puuttuu jotain omia suosikkeja mutta aikas mukavalta toi biisilista vaikutti. Eteenkin noi videot kiinnostavat kun en ole kuin jonkun lyhyen promotyyppisen VHS:n onnistunut näkemään.

50 e on nykyisin kyseisen levyn arvo, 45 e on eka 7". Kommentteja uudelleen julkaistusta "the state we're in" levystä? On muuten huonompi tasoinen kuin kys. vinyyli, "bonusvideot" on ihan hauskaa katottavaa mikäli niistä saa selvää...

Vaikuttaa mielenkiintoiselta toi kokoelma, täytynee varmaan hankkia kun en ole oikeen vielä Dogsiin päässy perehtymään.

Sekin Costello Hautamäen tuottama järkyttävää paskaa oleva Suomessa tehty levy? Sehän on siis ollut jossain vaiheessa kovaa valuuttaa keräilijöiden keskuudessa. Ois pitäny ostaa niitä rekkalastillinen sillon kun Anttila möi niitä markalla!
 
Jep, on edelleen kovaa valuuttaa. Ja hienoja biisejä imho - levy tosiaan kuulostaa järkyttävältä. Enpä tiedä voiko tässä yhteydessä kuitenkaan puhua tuottamisesta, Costellon "tuotanto" oli aikalailla miehen 'oman pään mukaan' ja minun muistini mukaan herra oli esimerkiksi soitellut omia keyboard-osuuksia vielä levylle ym. Dogsien lennettyä jo takaisin Englantiin.
