Sorry for writing in English..

I've started renting a 20m2 basement in a commercial building in West Vantaa, put in a parquet floor, sound proofed it, and installed all my studio gear.

I'd like to rent the place out sometimes to help pay for it

Have any of you any experience of doing similar? Where do you advertise? What do your customers typically want to do in your room? How much do you charge?

Or otherwise.. Would you ever consider renting something like this in order to do vocals or guitar or maybe even mixing/mastering? What gear would you consider essential? What do you think would be a fair price for your needs?
