(Anteeksi englanniksi).. I ordered a guitar + set up/service + locking tuners change from Thomann. The guitar is not really playable - bad/no set up, bends choke, nut needs to be cut etc. It seems like the set up is either very bad, or was just not done.
 
Thomann will not refund me the hardware or the service as they say my 14 day right to return is no longer valid. They will take the guitar back and inspect it but they are already suggesting I pay more (for Plek!) to fix it.
 
***So, advice - do not buy set up/service from Thomann - you risk a bad result - but also you risk losing your right to return goods. Just buy hardware.***
