You should also make an ad to "Wanted"-page. That's "The Official" place for these kind of calls.

Just an somewhat unrelated thought, but unless Your nic is intentional, perhaps reflecting Your ideology and You wish to attract (only?) the attention of such minded groups of people, I'd advice to rethink it.
Everyone thinks differently and pays attention to different details, but at least for me that jumps right up and sends a rather strong negative signal.

I assume You posted it in the mnet Wanted section?
 
You need to give it time...a lot of time.
Like 3-6 months, perhaps a year.
Renewing it every once and a while, perhaps with new information, and making sure to delete the older one so there's only the most recent in every section (if You post the same ad on different sub-sections).
 
Can't obviously speak for anyone else, but I for one browse through the Wanted-ads only when I'm looking for a new collaboration or a band.
So chances that people that aren't actively seeking see Your ad are unfortunately pretty slim.
 
A decade ago when I relocated to another region and was reluctntly forced to leave my band behind, it took me quite a while to find even one band that needed a somewhat seasoned bassplayer with PA and a van.
And we are often said to be a rarity ;).
 

 
musikkk: I want to meet some people and make music. Play together for fun, make an amazing band or just become good friends with shared passion.
 
I am going to sing, and maybe do a little bit of guitar but I'm not extremely good in either.
 
On the other hand, I get music pretty well and write awesome lyrics.
 
I don't want to define the genres cause one can express oneself in many different ways.
 
But I probably want to do mostly hard rock or punk. Nonetheless my taste ranges from classical to death metal and god knows what.
 
Since mnet engine doesn't display statistical data for even the forum, it's hard to tell how many browse these forums or the Wanted-section for that matter, but for me an image from old westerns where tumbleweeds occypy the main street feels pretty accurate.
Sure hope I'm wrong and my eperiences have been unique ;).
 
So, why not instead answer some, or at least one of the ads already there.
Or leave an ad on the music store bulleting board, or if Youre young, the local youth centre bulleting board.
After that first ad I posted several times about a deade ago, that's the approach I've taken when the need has arisen, and that approch has proven to be way more productive.

You mean like a rehearsal space?
 
In Helsinki region there are plenty of possibilities, but unlike in the countryside, they all share one common nominator, they're rather epensive.
Especially if those locations can be accessed easily with public transportation.
If You're an adult, there's not much You can do except to rent/share the space, but for younger folks there's all kinds of youth organisations, both communal (aforementioned youth centres) and more bussines oriented.
