"I'm on a Windows 10 x64 platform .. using REAPER x64 as my recording software .
I have a Alesis DM Kit Lit as well as an acoustic kit with MESH-heads and triggers .
They are both connected to my PC via USB ; the Alesis is going (as obvious) straight from the "brain" and the acoustic part of my drum kit transfers the MIDI-data through a Roland TMC-6 / Trigger to MIDI - Converter using a Generic USB MIDI Cable / interface .
The problem is, that randomly the MIDI-signal is interrupted .. I mean hitting the pads no longer produce any sound and there is not any activity in REAPER's rec. meters .
I've tried several Drum VSTis ..
This happens mainly with the USB MIDI Cable, but sometimes also with the Alesis .
The problem is there with Pro Tools too ; So it's not REAPER specific .
The Four Winds must blow ...
