Hyvin elokuvallinen tunne on luonteva ilmiasu albumin taustalle: se on elokuvakäsikirjoitus, joka muotoutui musiikiksi. Suomea ja englantia sekoittelevat sanoitukset ovat ilmiasultaan lähinnä toteavaa julistusta puhelaulumuodossa, ja silti niissä on outoa tarttumapintaa. "End Cut on helppo yhdistää kahteen edelliseen levyyn (Osiris Hayden, 2019, ja Eternal Hayden, 2017), joskin se tuntuu hiukan elektronisemmalta ja jopa tanssittavammalta. Vaikka bändi on nykyään biisivetoisempi ja tekee lyhyempiä kappaleita, sen musiikki ei ole edelleenkään helppoa purtavaa. Itse asiassa tuntuu, että yhtye on saavuttanut jonkinlaisen luovuuden apeksin, jonka tulokset ovat monimuotoisia, värikkäitä ja iäti liikkeessä olevia."

"Some organisms go through different cycles, yet uphold the same profound sensibility of their genesis kind of like the caterpillar evolving into the butterfly. Such is the case with Enphin, a familiar, constantly transforming group gracing the Roadburn stage once again. Weve witnessed its members before under the name Mr. Peter Hayden and later known them by their PH-insignia, brandishing a towering sound that distills elements of doom metal, heavy psychedelia, ambient and post-rock in wholly imaginative ways.
 
End Cut, the first record the Kankaanpää-based group released as Enphin, explores both an expanded range of styles and new tools to express their gargantuan, incisively-crafted sound. The groups lurching Lovecraftian odysseys of yonder are supplemented by more uptempo proto-industrial, techno and synthwave deviations. Yet miraculously enough, in its spiritual essence, Enphin maintains a special knack for appealing to the more guttural realms of your soul.
 
Enphin remains an enigma themselves, not looking to impose some kind of dogma or philosophy onto you. Their music inspires listeners to look deep from within, beyond the acknowledged and the avowed. In the end, theres always more to explore than there is to experience, and Enphin makes a concentrated effort to cover as much ground as possible. The result is music that defies convention and suspends disbelief."

Today @enphin47 dropped Re-Cut, a remix album of their post-doom-noise manifest End Cut which was released in June last year via Pelagic Records.
