Reilu vuosi sitten julkaistu ruotsalaisen Year of the Goatin debyytti Lucem Ferre minialbumi lunasti oitis yhtyeelle paikan occult rock -kentässä. Imperiumi.net:in arviossa Antti Korpinen kirjoitti: Lienee sanomattakin selvää, että Lucem Ferre on sen luokan esiinmarssi, että debyyttialbumia sopii odottaa vesi kielellä. Joulukuun 7. julkaistava täyspitkä Angels' Necropolis loksauttaa leuat kokonaan auki ja saa kuolan valumaan valtoimenaan. Bändin musiikilliset vaikutteet löytyvät 60- ja 70-lukujen tummasävytteisestä hard rockista ja progesta, johon orkesteri tuo oman, erittäin mielenkiintoisen ja jopa vahvan pop-henkisen säväyksensä. Komeuden kruununa on laulaja Thomas Erikssonin (Griftegård) upea ääni ja vahva tulkinta.
