I am the creator, owner, director and main technician.

I am looking for:

a better place:

Minimum 20m square,
Good acoustics,
2 or more rooms (bathroom),
Internet Available,
Noise-free, but not far from the city or town,

Just in case somebody knows about one or is renting one.

If not, any place available to start.

audio engineers or producers or whoever can do audio processes (employment),

and, of course, clients (everybody who wants to develop any sound project).
