Catself writes songs which don't always go the way you expect, and are funny or serious depending on how you want to understand them. Live, Catself accompanies herself on guitar or piano (sometimes also shaker, harmonica and drum played with her feet). While recording, she likes to build colourful arrangements with more instruments. She is just finishing her debut album - funded by fans on and recorded together with Saint Nicholas Orchestra, a Polish folk band.

Kardemimmit is an outstanding band of four young women: Maija Pokela, Jutta Rahmel, Anna Wegelius and Leeni Wegelius, who play 15- and 38-string kantele and sing. The music they play is mostly composed by Kardemimmit themselves, but it is firmly rooted in Finnish folk tradition. The group has played together for over 12 years and debuted in 2006 with their album "Viira". They have just released their third album "Autio huvila" which is at the moment only available at their shows. Come to be carried away by the magic of their music, and grab their new release to take some of this magic home!
